The navigation on the site, the utilization and/or the use of any type of products of the shop, assume the unreserved acceptance, as a user, of the General Use Conditions of the web, of the General Agreement Conditions and of Specific Conditions in case there would be an offer of services and products. With what has been previously said, the User is understood as anyone who explores the web and/or uses the services included in the club or anyone who buys any service or product offered by the club. These General Conditions will be applied to both the promotional activity and to the collection of information done through the web, such as purchase of goods and/or the provision of services offered by the club, in such a way that they will always apply by the simple navigation on the web but also for the purchase of goods and/or provision of services offered by the club, including General Use Conditions, General Agreement Conditions, and any Specific Conditions which could be set.

Web Page Aim

DISTRICT PADEL’s web page has the aim of offering rental services of sports courts.

Modification Regimen

DISTRICT PADEL has the right to unilaterally amend, at any time and without any previous notice:

  • General conditions and specific conditions which could eventually be set;
  • Configuration, presentation, and web page design or any type of element included;
  • Information, general or special content supplied;
  • In general, any other type of circumstance not specified, including the removal of the web page or some of its elements.

After any modification is implemented on the web, the successive log in of the user implies the user’s approval of it. Notwithstanding the above, DISTRICT PADEL has the right to revoke, at any time and arbitrarily, free access to the website or the use of information and content. In this case the user will be notified on the main page of the website in a reasonable time in advance.

Rules of Use of the Web Site

The user must use the website under these general conditions and under any special conditions that exist; and, similarly, according to the Law, customs, and public order. Thus, and as declarative but not limiting, the user must:

  • Not use the website, nor use elements, information, content, and services implemented, in violation of the general conditions and/or any special conditions, or in violation of the Law, customs, or public order.
  • Not send, in any case, advertisement or commercial communications of any type nor emails without the previous explicit consent of the recipient for both individual and collective emails. Likewise, it is forbidden to obtain and use distribution lists that could possibly be accessible from the website and hand them over, together with the data contained on them, to third parties, independently of the purpose.
  • Not harm, during use, the rights, of any type, that correspond to third parties.
  • Not use any other device to which the web page allows access for the collection of information, content, and services, when this collection is not authorized by DISTRICT PADEL).
  • Not access illegally the website nor third parties’ computer systems nor spread viruses which can cause damage to devices or computer systems, whichever they are and independently of their owners.
  • Not engage in activities which impede the access and use of the website, in appropriate conditions, for the rest of the users.
  • Not create hyperlinks or links between any other web page (including the user’s) or any other web page accessible from the Internet and DISTRICT PADEL’s website unless explicitly authorized in writing by DISTRICT PADEL, and in any case, under the conditions established. Any user who does not comply with the above will be solely responsible for the damage and inconvenience caused to DISTRICT PADEL or third parties.

Intellectual Property

The rights of intellectual property for the content of the website are owned by DISTRICT PADEL or have been licensed by the respective owners. DISTRICT PADEL reserves all rights and does not provide any license or authorization for any type of use in any case.

The user must not infringe, in any case, the rights mentioned above and must also use the website with its elements and contents for private use only. Consequently, the user, as declarative but not limiting, must not use the website for business or commercial purposes; nor reproduce, copy, or disclose elements, information, services, or content in any way; nor provide or permit access to third parties to those elements, information, services, and content by any type of communication method.

Responsibility Regime

DISTRICT PADEL will be solely responsible for the Commercial Policy to commercialize products and services offered and for the content of the website. It will only be held accountable for damages that the user could suffer as a consequence of the utilization of the website when that damage is directly caused by malicious acts by the club. The user accepts that both the use of the website and the purchase of products offered on it are made under the user’s own risk and responsibility.

DISTRICT PADEL will not be held accountable for any inconvenience which could be created, as declarative but not limiting:

  • Interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, malfunctions, or disconnections with the electrical systems or with devices or computers of the users caused by reasons beyond DISTRICT PADEL, which impede or delay the provision of services or the navigation system;
  • Delays or blocks in use caused by deficiency or overload of the Internet or other electronic systems;
  • Causes by third parties by illegal intrusions beyond the control of the club and not linked to DISTRICT PADEL;
  • Discrepancies of the information, documentation, and/or content of the web which could differ between the electronic version and the printed version;
  • Impossibility to offer the service or permit access due to reasons not directly linked to DISTRICT PADEL, caused by users, third parties, or circumstances beyond control. DISTRICT PADEL cannot guarantee that users will make use of the service legally, under the General Conditions, under generally accepted customs and public order, nor that they use it with care and responsibility.

Refund Policy

DISTRICT PADEL will not refund the amount paid for the service reserved by credit card on the website. The amount paid will be refunded only if the user cannot enjoy the service due to a cause attributable to the club.

Purchase of Products and Payment Methods

To purchase any product from the shop, the user will have to follow the instructions suggested on the website, which will involve reading and agreeing to all the General Conditions and, if applicable, all the Specific Conditions that could arise. The user, by clicking on “Online Reserve,” will then navigate through different pages:

  • Course Finder: the user will have the option to choose between courts and dates available, duration of matches, and start time. Before clicking on “Course Finder,” the user will have to accept the conditions mentioned. Once the user clicks on Course Finder, they will be directed to the next page for court selection.
  • Court Selection: here the user will have a list of all available courts according to previous selections. It will include all information regarding court type and price. The user will click on the “Reserve” button to proceed to the next page.
  • Authentication: if the user has not previously logged in, they will have to do so at this time.
  • Payment Method Selection: the user will select the payment type, which can be by credit card or by charging a virtual wallet.
  • Payment Finalization: once the user chooses the payment type, they will complete the payment:
    • Payment by Card: through the “RedSys” system.
    • Virtual Wallet: by purchasing a pre-charged voucher at the club.

General Fares

The products and/or services provided by the club will be displayed on the page together with prices and their characteristics. The prices shown on the page are in euros and include value-added tax and any other type of tax, and they will always be valid, except in case of typing errors.
